Anna Loughlin
Advanced Nurse Practitioner Urology / Prostate Cancer
Anna Loughlin is an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in Prostate Cancer. Following a decade of Urology experience and a Graduate Diploma in Cancer Nursing in 2016, she completed her MSc and registered as an ANP in 2023. She previously established the nurse-led Prostate Cancer Survivorship Clinic in St. James’s Hospital, and in 2025 set up the same service in St. Vincent’s University Hospital. This service focuses on assessing and managing side effects related to prostate cancer treatment, monitoring for cancer recurrence, and referring to supportive care services.
The Irish Association of Urology Nurses is a non-profit organisation founded in 2002 by a group of motivated nurses committed to growing and developing Urology nursing in Ireland.
